  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Consultation Calls: Free strategy calls can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice.
  • Monthly Services: May be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
  • Project-Based Services: Cancellation fees may apply based on work already completed.
  • No refunds for services already rendered.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milestone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services or inability to use them. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
